Shipping policy


NOTE:  Our shipping partners are seeing exceptional volume and are currently experiencing delays in delivering packages. In addition, due to increased safety protocols in our warehouse, we are also experiencing delays processing your order. We thank you for your patience and understanding. 


The cost of shipping your package will be determined by the pre-tax, post-discount value of your order.

- Please note that shipping times do not include processing time - orders generally take 1-5 days to be processed..

- The free shipping offer on orders over $99 does not apply to orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories. All orders will be charged a standard shipping fee of $8.95.

- Shipments will be sent via Canada Post, Fedex, or UPS depending on delivery address. 

- We ship to all provinces and territories. Shipping address must be a valid Canadian address.

The customer is responsible for any duties that may be charged by US customs.

Shipments to International Addresses

At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.


Unless stated otherwise, free shipping covers the cost of Standard Shipping in Canada only. Alternative shipping options are available at additional costs.



If an order status is marked as delivered, it means that the parcel has arrived at your address, or is at your nearest post-office for pick-up.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed by the carrier to be delivered to the address provided by the customer. 
Please make sure to provide a safe address for the delivery. If you know that packages are usually left outside of your mailbox where anybody could have access to it, please chose to have it delivered to your workplace or another place of choice instead.



We are not responsible for orders that can't be delivered due to an incorrect address.

Please check your shipping address to make sure it is up-to-date (and not a previous computer/phone auto-saved address). If the parcel got lost because of a wrong address, we cannot be held accountable. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you in order to get your correct address. We will request you to pay the cost of shipping the products again at the corrected address.
